We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Host/Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a warm first impression for guests while helping maintain smooth front-of-house operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly upon arrival
Manage reservations and waitlists
Escort guests to tables and provide menus
Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries
Coordinate seating flow with servers and management
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry area
Provide exceptional guest service at all times
Qualifications:
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and demeanor
Weekend and evening availability preferred
Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required
