Belmont Kitchen & Cocktails is seeking a polished, high-energy Host/Hostess to be the first impression of our elevated dining experience. We are a fast-paced, upscale restaurant known for exceptional service, craft cocktails, and a vibrant atmosphere.

Position Overview

As a Host/Hostess, you will manage reservations, greet guests with professionalism and warmth, and ensure smooth flow of service throughout the restaurant.

Requirements

• Full availability is required (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Professional appearance and polished demeanor
• Ability to stay composed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, genuine welcome
• Manage reservations and waitlists using OpenTable
• Maintain accurate table flow and seating rotation
• Communicate effectively with management and service team
• Provide guests with accurate wait times and exceptional service
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of host stand and entry area
