Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal communication
- Professional demeanor
- Calm under pressure
- Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities:
- Greet all guests with a smile upon arrival
- Seat guests and accommodate special requests
- Manage the waitlist: record guest names and numbers in party, and provide estimated waiting time
- Answer phones and manage the restaurant reservation system
- Inspect tables for proper presentation and completeness
- Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
