Job Summary:
As a Host/Hostess at the Schaffers Mill, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. Your exceptional interpersonal skills and attention to detail will help create a friendly and inviting atmosphere that reflects the high standards of our country club.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome members and guests as they arrive. • Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize the flow of guests. • Maintain a clean and organized entrance and dining area. • Provide menus and inform guests of specials and promotions. • Answer phone calls and take reservations with professionalism and courtesy. • Assist with seating and accommodate special requests from guests. • Collaborate with the dining staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction. • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly. • Uphold the country club's standards of hospitality and professionalism.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a host/hostess or customer service role preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Knowledge of dining etiquette and country club operations is a plus.
Pay: $16.90 per hour
