Host/Hostess - We Do Days!

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and welcoming Host/Hostess to join our team at We Do Days! The Host/Hostess will greet guests as they arrive, seat them at their tables, and provide them with menus.

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a smile and friendly attitude
• Seat guests at their tables and provide them with menus
• Answer guest inquiries and provide information about the restaurant
• Assist with taking reservations and managing the waitlist
• Collaborate with the serving staff to ensure excellent customer service
• Maintain cleanliness in the host/hostess station and lobby area
