About the Role

We are seeking warm, energetic Hosts to serve as the face of our restaurant. You will create exceptional first and last impressions, set the stage for an outstanding dining experience, and keep the front door running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Employment & Training Note: All of our roles are At-Will positions. Candidates offered a position are required to complete initial training. Upon successful completion, you will transition into your active role; failure to pass training will result in termination of employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Hospitality: Warmly greet arriving guests, manage floor seating/waitlists accurately, escort guests to tables, and genuinely thank departing guests.
• Reservation & Table Management: Utilize reservation software to manage floor flow, send confirmation links, assign tables, and notify servers and managers as tables open up.
• Teamwork & Floor Flow: Maintain active communication with management, servers, and bussers to ensure smooth seating flow and efficient table turnover; assist with training new hosts.
• Promotions & Opening/Closing: Participate in restaurant promotional and social media efforts, keep entry and host stand sanitized and organized, and complete shift duties.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 1–2 years of hosting experience preferred in a high-volume restaurant setting.
• Age & Standards: Must be 21+ with a professional presentation and helpful, welcoming demeanor.
• Skills: Excellent communication, strong organization, multitasking ability, and familiarity with reservation platforms.
• Availability: Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
