About the Role:
Li'l Rizzo's Restaurants in Lake Ozark, MO is looking for a friendly and energetic Host to be the first face our guests see! If you love people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in creating a great first impression, we want you on our team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival
- Manage waitlists ensure efficient seating
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus
- Communicate wait times accurately and professionally
- Coordinate with servers and floor staff to manage table availability
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entrance area
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist with general guest inquiries
- Take carryout orders over the phone
- Bagging carryout orders
- Helping guests at the carryout counter for ordering/paying/receiving orders
- Handling money and credit card paymentsfor carryout orders
Requirements:
- Outgoing, friendly personality with a passion for hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts
- Comfortable standing for extended periods in a high-traffic environment
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player!
