Carama by Wolfgang Puck is seeking a polished and welcoming Host/Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests and help set the tone for an exceptional dining experience. As the face of the restaurant, you will play a key role in greeting and seating guests, managing reservations and guest flow, and supporting the front-of-house team in delivering the warm, attentive hospitality that defines the Wolfgang Puck brand.

Pay: $16 - $17 / hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and engage guests with genuine hospitality, ensuring each arrival sets the tone for their dining experience
• Manage the reservation system and assist with seating to support smooth guest flow and satisfaction
• Maintain awareness of table pacing and communicate effectively with servers and management
• Anticipate guest needs and assist in resolving basic questions or concerns with professionalism
• Support overall coordination of the dining room during service
• Maintain an organized, polished, and professional presence at the host stand at all times

Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience as a host/hostess in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, professional demeanor
• Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
