Host/Hostess Qualifications and Requirements
To be considered for a host/hostess position, you must meet the following requirements:
High Energy: You should possess a high level of energy and enthusiasm to provide excellent customer service.
Multi-tasking Ability: You must be able to multi-task effectively, handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Knowledge of Open Table and Computer Systems: You should have knowledge of Open Table and computer systems to efficiently manage reservations and seating.
Pleasant Telephone Voice: You must have a pleasant telephone voice to effectively communicate with customers and take reservations.
Public Interaction: You should enjoy interacting with the public and providing excellent customer service.
Organization and Time Management: You must be extremely organized and able to manage your time effectively to ensure seamless operations.
Good Memory and Focus: You should have a good memory and be able to focus on multiple tasks simultaneously.
Punctuality: You must be punctual and reliable, adhering to scheduled shifts and deadlines.
Team Player: You should be a team player, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
Availability: You must be available for PM shifts, weekends, and holidays to ensure adequate coverage.
