We're looking for hosts who own the room from the first hello, keep a packed waitlist moving like clockwork, and make every guest feel like we've been waiting all day just for them.

What You'll Be Doing
- Own the door — warm greetings, honest quotes, and goodbyes that bring people back
- Run the floor chart like a chess board: seat smart, balance sections, keep the kitchen from getting slammed
- Manage the waitlist and phones at the same time without missing a beat — or a name
- Keep quoted wait times real: no lowballing, no guessing, no surprises
- Communicate constantly with servers, bussers, and managers so the room flows
- Handle to-go orders, reservations, and walk-ins with the same energy
- Keep the entry, host stand, and menus clean, stocked, and guest-ready at all times
- Stay calm and friendly when the lobby is full and the wait hits 45 minutes — that's when you shine
What We're Looking For
- Restaurant or customer-facing experience a plus — but a great attitude beats a long résumé
- A natural first impression: warm, confident, genuinely glad people walked in
- Organized under pressure — you can track eight parties, three phone lines, and a birthday balloon without breaking stride
- Clear, friendly communicator — with guests and with the team
- Team-first mentality — you grab menus, wipe a table, or bus a four-top without being asked
- Must be available nights and weekends — that's when the door swings hardest
