Position Overview: 

We are looking for an energetic and organized Host/Hostess to join our team! This role is essential in creating a welcoming first impression for our guests while helping ensure the restaurant operates smoothly during busy service times. The ideal candidate is friendly, efficient, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Greet guests promptly with a friendly and professional attitude. 
• Manage wait lists and seat guests in an efficient and organized manner
• Maintain awareness of table availability and communicate with servers to ensure a smooth service flow
• Bus and reset tables quickly to keep seating moving during busy periods
• Answer incoming phone calls in a professional manner
• Take accurate to-go orders and communicate them to the kitchen or bar staff
• Provide guests with menus and silverware
• Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entrance area
• Assist team members as needed to ensure a positive guest experience

Qualifications: 

• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced enviroment
• Strong Communication Skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional during busy shifts
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to help where needed

Physical Requirements: 

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry bus tubs and move quickly throughout restaurant
