Host

Napoleon House is searching for an experienced host. The host is the first person guests will come in contact with when entering the restaurant. Host is responsible for greeting guests in a warm, accommodating and professional manner to ensure total guest satisfaction. Hosts manage the wait list and are responsible for seating all guests. Host must maintain a professional, friendly demeanor in a fast paced environment. Host may be asked to assist in dining room when needed, assisting with table resetting and communicating guest information to service staff. 

This role requires a welcoming personality and exceptional customer service skills.  The ideal candidate can manage a busy restaurant with grace and efficiency.  Previous bar-backing experience is a plus, allowing for assistance with bar tasks during peak hours.  Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain a positive attitude are essential.  If this sounds like you, we encourage you to apply.
