Host - Part Time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Host to be the first point of contact for our guests. The Host plays a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while managing guest flow and supporting smooth front-of-house operations. This is a part-time position with up to 20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide warm, friendly, and immediate greetings to guests upon arrival
• Seat guests and present clean menus in a friendly, professional, and timely manner
• Manage waitlists and accurately quote wait times when necessary
• Coordinate seating to ensure efficient table turnover and balanced server sections
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area
• Answer phones, take reservations, and respond to guest inquiries
• Assist with maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment
• Communicate effectively with servers and management to ensure excellent service
• Follow all company policies and guest service standards

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
