Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a Host. The Host will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all customers.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant
• Seat guests according to seating chart and server rotation
• Manage reservations and waitlist efficiently
• Answer phone calls and take reservations over the phone
• Assist servers and bussers as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
