What You’ll Do
- Greet guests with a genuine smile and a calm, confident presence
- Manage the reservation system using OpenTable and ensure smooth flow of service
- Coordinate seating based on guest preferences, pacing, and server sections
- Be aware of special occasions, VIPs, and custom guest requests
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually welcoming host stand and entry
- Collaborate with servers, bar, and management to create seamless guest experiences
- Set the tone for the shift—cool under pressure, warm with every guest
What You Bring
- Prior host/hostess or guest service experience (OpenTable a plus!)
- Naturally friendly, calm under pressure, and passionate about people
- An eye for detail and an instinct for hospitality
- Weekend, holiday, and evening availability
- A love for making guests feel seen, valued, and at home
