We offer curated cocktails, large-format TVs, and a comfortable, energetic atmosphere designed for connection and excitement. Our menu features thoughtfully crafted small-plate shareables alongside bold, show-stopping entrées meant to be enjoyed together. Role Summary
Hosts set the tone for the guest experience and manage the flow of the restaurant in a no-reservation environment while protecting service balance and VIP accommodations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival
- Operate and manage a digital or manual waitlist
- Accurately quote wait times and communicate delays
- Manage server rotation and table assignments
- Maintain balance between dining room sections
- Hold and manage tables reserved for VIP guests
- Communicate clearly with servers and management
- Maintain an organized host stand and entrance area
