Red Fish Grill seeks a Host to welcome and direct the seating of guests at our busy and celebrated French Quarter restaurant. The host is the first person guests will come in contact with when entering the restaurant and is responsible for greeting guests in a warm, accommodating and professional manner to ensure total guest satisfaction. Our hosts manage the wait list using OpenTable and are responsible for seating all guests. They must maintain a professional, friendly demeanor in a fast-paced environment. Host may also be asked to assist in dining room when needed, assisting with table resetting and communicating guest information to service staff.
- Open for Lunch Monday-Friday; Brunch on Saturday-Sunday. Dinner is served all 7 nights
- Part-time and full-time positions are available
