About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable team member to help create a great guest experience from the moment people walk through the door to the moment their food arrives. This role is a mix of hosting, retail support, and food running, so it’s perfect for someone who enjoys variety, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering great service.

What You’ll Do
- Greet guests warmly and manage the host stand with professionalism and aloha.
- Seat guests efficiently while balancing wait times and floor flow.
- Assist with retail sales, guest questions, and product support as needed.
- Run food accurately and promptly from the kitchen to guests.
- Support servers and the rest of the front-of-house team during service.
- Help keep the dining room, host area, and guest-facing spaces clean and organized.
- Communicate clearly with team members and leadership to support smooth service.
- Follow all company policies, safety standards, and food handling procedures.
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, upbeat attitude and strong guest service skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to jump in where needed.
- Clear communication skills and a professional appearance.
- Ability to stand, walk, carry trays, and move quickly during shifts.
- Previous hospitality, retail, or food service experience is helpful, but not required.
