Who you are:
As Host Sales Manager, you will lead a team of International Recruitment Specialists responsible for driving host employer engagement and job sales within a defined territory. Your primary focus will be guiding your team to successfully sell to new host employers while maintaining and renewing relationships with existing ones. You will coach staff on effective sales strategies, including lead generation, cold calling, presentations, and closing commitments. You'll also support your team in ongoing account management, specifically resolving host-related issues and requests, with a focus on gold-standard service to ensure long-term client relationships.
