• Greet and welcome all guests with a warm smile and positive attitude
• Become familiar and knowledgeable with our reservation system
• Perform any all side work tasks designated for your position
• Call back and confirm upcoming reservations
• Ability to handle stressful situations and disgruntled guests
• Knowledgeable with Ipads, tablets, and restaurant technology
• Hold doors open for guests upon entering and exiting the restaurant
• Engage in conversation with guests while walking them to their table
• Bid a fond farewell to the guests exiting the restaurant and inviting them back in to see us again
• Sanitizing and cleaning of menus and tables
• Perform any tasks or duties set forth by the management team
• Take to-go orders and ensure all items are present and correct before the guests leave with them
