Host To-Go

Our Hosts and Hostesses begin each experience for every Guest that walks into our restaurants by providing hospitality and service that is absolutely Chili's. Our To-Go Specialists are responsible for providing fast service and great hospitality for our To-Go Guests. If you take pride in providing a warm welcome and want to make money while growing your career on a schedule that works for you, then we want to hear from you!

The Job

• Give a warm welcome to every Guest
• Manage the wait list
• Communicate Guest concerns to the Manager as appropriate
• Answering telephone within three rings, direct calls and assist Guests with placing To-Go orders
• Helping fellow Team Members when appropriate
• Able to operate POS system for transactions
• Enter orders in proper sequence
• Have knowledge of the menu to explain offerings to Guests
• Ensure an exceptional To-Go experience for every Guest

About You

• Friendly, warm, and caring attitude that's always ready to greet with a smile
• Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
• Great multitasking skills
• Able to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary
• No experience necessary
• Must be 18 or over

Our Story

Let's play restaurant! We presently own and operate multiple Chili's across the breathtaking landscapes of Oahu. We hold our Team members to the highest standards to ensure we deliver our brand promise of making people feel special when they come to our restaurants. Chilis was born in Dallas, Texas in 1975. Since then, we've boldly claimed our place in the casual dining industry as the place to go for Big Mouth burgers, house smoked ribs, full on fajitas, and hand shaken margaritas!
