About the Role: 
Kuber Oregon LLC is looking for an enthusiastic and welcoming Host/Togo Specialist to join our team in Portland, OR! This is a fantastic opportunity to be the first and last impression for our guests, delivering exceptional hospitality both in-person and through our takeout service. If you thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment and love making people feel at home, we want to hear from you! 

 
Responsibilities: 

• Greet and seat guests in a warm, friendly, and timely manner
• Manage waitlists and reservations to ensure smooth front-of-house flow
• Accurately process and package togo/takeout orders for pickup and delivery
• Answer incoming calls, respond to togo inquiries, and take phone orders
• Coordinate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure order accuracy and timing
• Maintain a clean and organized host stand and togo packaging area
• Provide guests with menu information, specials, and a positive dining experience

Requirements:
 

• Previous hosting, front-of-house, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume restaurant environment
• Positive, upbeat attitude with a guest-first mindset
• Comfortable handling cash and POS/ordering systems
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
• Food handler's card or willingness to obtain one upon hire
