JOB DESCRIPTION – HOST  

Rate:  $14.00 & up


It is the job of the La Senorita host to oversee the guests’ experience from beginning to end.


 These responsibilities include:

• Greet Guests Immediately w/ Positive Attitude & Welcoming Smile
• Seat Guests
• Guest Farewells
• Handle Guests Who Are Waiting
• Answer and Handle Telephone Calls
• Clean & Maintain Foyer, Host Desk Area and Restrooms
• Oversee Dining Room Atmosphere and Operations
• Perform any other Duties as Assigned by Manager
• Do All of Above Tasks in a “Guest Obsessed” Manner!
• Be a Team Player
• Make Kids Feel Special
• Sense Our Guests’ Needs
• ANYTHING YOU CAN DO TO MAKE OUR GUEST FEEL AT HOME AT LA SENORITA

Job Specifications:
Position requires ability to learn La Senorita’s standard dining room procedures, organization, ability to work with others, friendly, professional and Guest Obsessed demeanor toward guests. Must be able to be on feet for extended periods of time. Prior foodservice work experience is helpful but not necessary.
