About the Role:
Red Robin in Vancouver, WA is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Host to be the first face guests see when they walk through our doors! Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival to create a positive first impression
• Manage waitlists and reservations using seating management systems
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus in a timely manner
• Monitor dining room flow and communicate wait times accurately to guests
• Coordinate with servers and floor staff to ensure smooth table turnover
• Answer incoming phone calls and respond to general guest inquiries
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house area

Requirements:

• Outgoing, friendly personality with a passion for guest service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume restaurant environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the dining room
• Previous host or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player
