What You'll Do

• Welcome every guest with warmth, enthusiasm, and genuine hospitality.
• Manage the waitlist and seating to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Communicate effectively with managers and servers to maintain a smooth flow of service.
• Answer guest questions and assist with reservations and wait times.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting entrance and host stand.
• Thank guests as they leave and invite them back for another memorable experience.

What We're Looking For

• A friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Willingness to learn and grow with our team.
• Previous restaurant or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
