- Multitasking: Ability to manage high-stress situations, such as, "getting the servers in the weeds" during a rush,
- Organization: Strong attention to detail, particularly for seating charts and reservation books.
- Availability: Frequently requires flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Technical Skills: Experience with POS systems or reservation software is preferred
