What You’ll Do

• Welcome every guest with warmth, confidence, and professionalism
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating with accuracy and efficiency
• Use reservation and seating systems to keep the dining room organized
• Answer phones and assist guests with questions and requests
• Coordinate with servers and management to maintain smooth table flow
• Keep guests informed and comfortable during busy periods
• Monitor the dining room and anticipate guest and team needs
• Maintain a polished, organized, and welcoming host stand
• Handle busy periods calmly while maintaining exceptional service
• Create a first impression guests remember

Who We’re Looking For

• Friendly, outgoing, polished, and professional demeanor
• Strong computer skills and comfortable learning restaurant software
• Experience with OpenTable is a definite plus
• Organized and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Clear and confident communicator with guests and coworkers
• Detail-oriented and quick to notice what needs attention
• Calm, gracious, and professional under pressure
• Reliable, punctual, and serious about their schedule
• Team-oriented and works well with professional staff
• Previous restaurant, hosting, or hospitality experience preferred
• Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays
