Craft 31 is looking for a dependable, hospitality-driven Host to join our team. We're seeking someone with open availability who enjoys creating exceptional first impressions and thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you'll play a key role in delivering the outstanding service Craft 31 is known for. If you're organized, professional, and passionate about hospitality, we'd love to meet you.

About Craft 31

Craft 31 is a locally owned and operated restaurant known for our gourmet burgers, wood-fired pizzas, fresh raw bar, and 31 rotating craft beer taps. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional food, genuine hospitality, and a welcoming atmosphere for every guest.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest warmly and create an exceptional first impression.
• Manage the waitlist and reservations using OpenTable.
• Coordinate seating to maximize efficiency while ensuring excellent guest service.
• Communicate effectively with servers, managers, and kitchen staff to maintain smooth dining room operations.
• Answer phones, provide accurate wait times, and assist guests with questions.
• Maintain a clean, organized host stand and entrance area.
• Assist with guest needs and support the front-of-house team during busy service periods.

What We're Looking For

• Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous host or restaurant experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stay organized and composed in a high-volume environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to being part of a strong team.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Comfortable standing and moving throughout an entire shift.
