Hostess Job Description

We are currently seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Hostess at our restaurant located in Dallas. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests as they arrive at the restaurant
• Seat guests and provide them with menus
• Answer any questions guests may have about the menu or restaurant
• Manage reservations and waitlists
• Assist servers and bussers as needed

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
