Overview of the Role: As a Hostess: you will be responsible for creating a welcoming, professional, and positive experience for every guest from the moment they arrive until they leave. You will manage reservations, coordinate guest flow, support the service team, and help maintain a high standard of hospitality in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

You will be a key part of the guest experience, ensuring that reservations are handled accurately, guests are seated efficiently, and the venue maintains a welcoming and well-organized atmosphere.

What you'll do:

• Welcome and greet guests professionally and courteously, creating a positive first impression.
• Manage and coordinate reservations received through online platforms and phone.
• Ensure reservation information is accurate and up to date, minimizing errors and maintaining appropriate records.
• Seat guests according to venue standards, availability, and reservations.
• Manage guest queues during busy periods and clearly communicate expected waiting times.
• Provide menus and relevant information to guests and respond to their questions or requests.
• Direct guest inquiries to the appropriate team members when necessary.
• Monitor common areas and ensure they remain organized and presentable, coordinating with housekeeping when required.
• Support the service team in managing guest flow efficiently.
• Offering a coat/closet room service, where applicable.
• Manage and coordinate daily event content streaming.
• Say farewell to guests warmly, thank them for their visit, and leave a positive final impression.
• Contribute to a professional, welcoming, and service-focused atmosphere at all times.

What you'll bring:

• Previous experience as a Hostess or in restaurant, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.

• A strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
• Team-oriented and collegial approach.
• Organized, proactive, and results-focused mindset.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a high-pressure environment.
• Conversational proficiency in English.
• Experience working with reservation platforms is an advantage.
