<\/span>As a Hostess, you will
be responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and ensuring
smooth operations at the front of the restaurant. You will provide a warm and inviting
atmosphere, demonstrate exceptional customer service, and assist the waitstaff
and management in ensuring an efficient dining experience.

Responsibilities:<\/b>
<\/p>- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive in a friendly and
professional manner.
<\/span><\/li> - Manage reservations and maintain an organized waiting list during
busy periods.
<\/span><\/li> - Escort guests to their assigned tables and provide menus.
<\/span><\/li> - Ensure tables are set and clean prior to seating guests.
<\/span><\/li> - Assist guests with special requests or accommodations, when necessary.
<\/span><\/li> - Answer the phone, take reservations, and assist with inquiries
about menu items, restaurant policies, or directions.
<\/span><\/li> - Communicate effectively with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure
timely seating and service.
<\/span><\/li> - Monitor the dining area to ensure guests are comfortable and
attended to.
<\/span><\/li> - Assist with light cleaning duties such as wiping down menus,
sweeping the entrance, and tidying up the lobby area.
<\/span><\/li> - Maintain a calm and professional demeanor during busy periods.
<\/span><\/li> - Adhere to health and safety regulations, including COVID -19
guidelines, when applicable.

Requirements<\/h3>- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in
a restaurant or hospitality setting.
<\/span><\/li> - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
<\/span><\/li> - Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
<\/span><\/li> - Friendly, approachable, and attentive to guest needs.
<\/span><\/li> - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast -paced environment.
<\/span><\/li> - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
