About the Role: Join our vibrant team at GUN BARREL CITY WINGS LLC as a Hostess! In this exciting role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
Manage reservations and maintain an organized waitlist.
Provide menus and explain daily specials to guests.
Assist in maintaining a clean and inviting dining area.
Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
Ensure a positive dining experience to encourage repeat visits.
Support team members during busy shifts to enhance service flow.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional service.
Basic knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
