Fogón and Lions is looking for an energetic, outgoing, and hospitality-driven Host / Hostess to join our front-of-house team.


As part of Concept 2 Table Hospitality Group, Fogón and Lions is a high-energy restaurant and bar built around great food, vibrant experiences, genuine hospitality, and strong guest relationships.


We're looking for someone who understands that being a great host is about much more than greeting guests and managing reservations.


It's about creating first impressions, building relationships, setting the tone for the dining experience, and making every guest feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated.


You will be one of the first faces our guests see and one of the last they remember.

Your mission is to make every guest feel welcome from the moment they walk through our doors.


You'll be responsible for creating a warm, organized, and energetic entrance experience while helping manage the flow of the restaurant.

What You'll Do

• Welcome every guest with genuine warmth, confidence, and enthusiasm.
  
  
• Create an exceptional first and last impression.
  
  
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, waitlists, and seating arrangements efficiently.
  
  
• Coordinate table rotation and seating flow with servers and management.
  
  
• Build relationships with returning guests and recognize regular customers.
  
  
• Answer phone calls and assist with guest inquiries professionally.
  
  
• Communicate wait times clearly and manage guest expectations.
  
  
• Recognize birthdays, anniversaries, celebrations, and special requests.
  
  
• Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming entrance and host station.
  
  
• Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, managers, and other team members.
  
  
• Handle guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a positive attitude.
  
  
• Support the energy and atmosphere of our high-volume restaurant and bar.
  
  
• Assist the front-of-house team whenever needed.
  
  
• Help create a hospitality culture where every guest feels valued and appreciated.

• Experience with restaurant reservation systems is a plus.
  
  
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  
  
• Spanish speaking is a plus, but not required.
