Hostess

About the Role:
Rossi NP LLC is looking for a warm, welcoming Hostess to be the first face guests see when they walk through our doors in New Port Richey, FL! This is your chance to set the tone for an exceptional dining experience and be a vital part of a passionate hospitality team. If you love people and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! You will also be taking to go orders and receiving tips!



Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner upon arrival
• Manage reservations and waitlists using seating management systems
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus
• Monitor dining room flow and coordinate with servers and management to optimize seating
• Answer incoming phone calls, take reservations, and respond to guest inquiries
• Maintain a clean and organized host stand and front-of-house area
• Communicate wait times accurately and manage guest expectations with a positive attitude

Requirements:

• Previous hosting, front-of-house, or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Positive, outgoing demeanor with a genuine passion for hospitality
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
