HOSTESS

We are looking for a Service-oriented, Detail-oriented, Professional and personable Host to join our service team. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in providing exceptional guest experiences and have a good understanding of service levels and provide great customer support. The purpose of the position will be to receive, serve, and assist guests at specific functions or events held at the hotel.

Responsibilities
Meet and greet guests attending the event, conference, or hotel in general.
Serve food and drink, including awnings to guests around the event and engage in polite conversation if necessary.
Make recommendations on the choice of beverages and provide information on the ingredients of the food or snacks being served.
Make sure all crockery and cutlery are clean and polished.
Be presentable and professional at all events.
