Hostess

We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a smooth dining experience. Your primary duties will include greeting guests, managing reservations, and coordinating seating arrangements. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. Requirements/Responsibilities Duties -Greet guests warmly as they arrive and guide them to their tables. -Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart to optimize table turnover. -Answer phone calls with professionalism, assisting with inquiries and taking reservations. -Collaborate with the waitstaff to ensure timely service and guest satisfaction. -Provide information about menu items and specials to guests as needed. -Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host/host area. -Handle guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience.
