Wong's Tacos is hiring hosts who thrive in high-energy restaurants, love people, and know how to keep the vibe welcoming, organized, and running smoothly.

We’re one of Richmond’s busiest restaurant destinations, known for great energy, strong teams, craft cocktails, late-night crowds, and a fun-but-professional atmosphere. If you enjoy hospitality, teamwork, and fast-paced shifts where no two nights are the same, we’d love to meet you.

No hosting experience? That’s okay. We’re happy to train the right person with a great attitude, strong communication skills, and hustle.

What You’ll Do

• Greet and welcome guests with warmth and confidence
• Manage reservations and waitlists using restaurant booking systems
• Coordinate seating flow with servers and managers
• Help create a smooth, high-energy guest experience
• Answer guest questions about menus, seating, and timing
• Support the team during busy dinner and weekend shifts
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host stand and entry area

What We’re Looking For

• Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
• Weekend and evening availability
• Team-player mentality
• Hospitality, restaurant, retail, or customer service experience is a plus
