Server Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and take accurate orders
• Deliver food and beverages promptly
• Provide friendly, attentive service
• Process payments and maintain cleanliness

Host Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly, manage reservations, and coordinate seating to ensure smooth dining flow
• Maintain waitlists and provide accurate wait time estimates to guests
• Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to manage table turnover
• Handle phone inquiries, reservations, and customer concerns with professionalism

Runner Responsibilities:

• Deliver food from kitchen to tables quickly and accurately, ensuring presentation standards
• Assist servers by clearing tables and resetting them for new guests
• Verify orders before delivery to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Support kitchen and front-of-house staff to maintain efficient service during busy periods

Salary: $15.0 - $30.0 / Hourly
