Hosts/Support Staff

The Buttonwood Grill located in Peddler's Village are in search of individuals with a passion for service excellence who enjoy guest service to join our restaurant team.

We have Part-time and Seasonal restaurant positions available.

Requirements:

• Excellent hospitality, communication and listening skills
• Ability to work with a team
• Availability to work days, evenings, weekends
• Ability to regularly lift and carry trays
• Must be 16 or older for Host position

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Follow the established guest service standards at all times.
• Maintain a general knowledge of all menus and various dining events.
• Maintain a general knowledge of all Peddler's Village restaurants and various dining events.
• Cooperate with co-workers, working as a team player to satisfy every guest.
• Maintain a positive attitude and a warm, friendly manner when interacting with guests and co-workers.
• Maintain a working knowledge of the dining rooms, stations, cover counts.
• Maintain neatness and organization of the front-of-the-house and lobby areas.
• Maintain safe and clean work areas.
• Direct guests as appropriate. Handle guest complaints or problem situations maturely and responsibly.
• Perform special duties as assigned.
