 Late Night Shift Crew Member – Hot Chi (100 W 87th St, Chicago)

Shifts: 6–8 hours | 8 pm - 2 am on Fridays and SaturdaysLooking for crew members with WEEKEND availability. 

Pay: $16.60 – $17.50/hr (based on experience)

Hot Chi is bringing fire, flavor, and Second City swagger to every plate. We serve up Nashville-style hot chicken with heart, hustle, and hospitality—and we’re hiring crew members who can match that energy.

What You’ll Do:You’ll rotate across five key stations, keeping service fast, food fresh, and vibes high:

• Fryer Station – Handle our signature tenders and fries with precision and care
• Cold Station – Build fresh sides, slaws, and sauces
• Hot Station – Assemble sandwiches and meals with speed and accuracy
• Expeditor – Check every order for quality and send it out right
• Cashier – Take orders with a smile and keep the front tight

We cross-train all crew members, so you'll gain experience in every part of the kitchen.
