Event Setup: Laying tablecloths, setting tables (linens, silverware, glasses), arranging decorations, and setting up buffet/beverage stations before guests arrive.
Guest Service: Greeting guests, escorting them to seats, taking food and drink orders (including dietary needs), serving meals and beverages efficiently, and refilling drinks.
During Service: Delivering food from the kitchen, clearing plates and used items between courses, ensuring tables remain stocked with water and utensils, and attending to guest requests.
Breakdown & Cleanup: Clearing all dishes, linens, and centerpieces; bussing tables; cleaning the event space; and organizing equipment and storerooms.
Essential Skills & Attributes
