Hotel Banquet Servers / $14 per hour

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Hotel Banquet Servers to join our hospitality team. As a Banquet Server, you will play an essential role in delivering exceptional service during events, conferences, and special occasions. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and have a passion for customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up banquet rooms, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, silverware, and glassware.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner, adhering to the hotels standards of service.
• Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by promptly addressing any questions or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet spaces before, during, and after events.
• Collaborate with kitchen and event staff to ensure seamless service.
• Assist with the breakdown and clean-up of banquet spaces after events.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or move items up to 25 pounds.
