The Barista is responsible primarily for assisting guest's food and/or beverage orders in the MKT Place. This person must have exceptional communication skills as well as superior guest service abilities. This is a fast-paced position with constant customer interaction.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Must have some schedule flexibility to work a range of different shifts (mornings, mid-shift, afternoons, and evenings) on any day.
• Must have full availability to work any shift on weekends and holidays, no exceptions.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Preferred candidates will have at least 1 year of related F&B experience, or customer service experience.
• TABC and Food Handler Certification is required.
