Hueston Woods Lodge & Conference Center in College Corner, OH is seeking a dedicated Hotel Cook to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook delicious food items following provided recipes
- Ensure appropriate food temperatures and food safety standards are maintained
- Clean and maintain work areas and kitchen equipment
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff members to ensure a smooth operation
- Learn menus, recipes, preparation, and presentation.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a cook in a hotel or similar environment
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Minimum 1-year experience cooking at a restaurant or full-service hotel
Culinary school 2-4 year degree preferred
Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays depending on business needs
