Operate the integrated PM controls, RTM, WBS, schedule, cost, risk, decisions, evidence, Agency reporting, stakeholder coordination, and community-value commitments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the RTM, WBS, PM Gantt, RAID, decision, change, evidence, and deliverable registers
• Integrate partner scope, schedule, cost, dependencies, milestones, and acceptance
• Coordinate Agency, owner, stakeholder, and community communications
• Prepare gate packages, status reports, corrective actions, and stabilization reporting

Required qualifications and commitment evidence

• Complex development or capital-program controls experience
• PM scheduling, cost controls, risk, governance, and reporting capability
• Demonstrated multi-party coordination and evidence traceability
• Availability confirmation and FuntoNetwork authorization

Proposal WBS and story-point coverage

• 1.1 — Prime authority and governance (5 points)
• 1.2 — Partner sourcing and diligence (8 points)
• 3.2 — Agency/community coordination (8 points)
• 5.4 — Stabilization reporting (13 points)

Mapped deliverables

• D1 through D6 — integrated control, acceptance, and reporting coverage
