Qualifications - Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Physical ability to lift, climb ladders, bend, stand, and perform maintenance activities for extended periods
- Flexibility to work varying schedules including weekends and holidays as business demands require
- Previous maintenance, engineering, construction, or hospitality experience preferred but not required
