Hotel Non-Inventory Receivers play a significant role in supporting culinary teams at hotel fine dining restaurants, casual restaurants, banquets, and special events and help bring the magic to life!ResponsibilitiesAs a Non-Inventory Control Receiver, you will assist the Receiver (Inventory Control) by helping inspect, weigh, unload, check‑in deliveries, and distribute all food and non‑food supplies to area locations, as well as help maintain stock levels by dating, rotating, and properly storing food and non‑food items. You will also clean, stock, and organize all storage and refrigeration areas, and assist in completing production and spoilage records as required.Basic QualificationsYou must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this roleAbility to work in a fast‑paced environmentMust have strong organizational skillsMust be fully available Sunday through Saturday year‑round, willing to work holidays, weekends, and special eventsPreferred QualificationsPrevious warehouse or inventory control experienceExperience in food and beverage and product knowledgeAdditional InformationSchedule Availability: Our Theme Parks and Resort Hotels operate 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and some shifts may start as early as 4:00 am while some may end as late as 3:00 am, 4:00 am or 5:00 am. You may be scheduled an overnight shift.
