The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality management and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. This role involves managing front desk operations, assisting guests with check-in and check-out processes, and ensuring that all guest inquiries are handled efficiently and courteously.


Responsibilities


  • Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a seamless check-in experience.
  • Handle guest check-out procedures, including billing and payment processing.
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications through the hotel management system.
  • Address guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
  • Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are balanced at the end of each day.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Utilize multi-line phone systems to manage incoming calls effectively while maintaining professional phone etiquette.
  • Foster positive guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
Skills


  • Strong background in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred.
  • Experience in front desk operations within a resort or hotel setting is highly desirable.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for enhancing guest communication.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
