About the Role:
looking for a friendly and motivated Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our team in North Charleston, SC! This is your chance to be the face of our hotel, creating memorable first impressions and delivering outstanding guest experiences every single day.



Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in/check out guests in a professional and welcoming manner
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments using property management systems (PMS)
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with prompt and courteous service
• Process payments, issue room keys, and maintain accurate billing records
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
• Provide local area recommendations and information to enhance the guest experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment

Requirements:

• Prior hotel front desk or hospitality customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with hotel property management systems (PMS) is a plus
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented demeanor
