As a Front Desk Agent, you’ll be the face of our hotel. You’ll greet guests, process check-ins and check-outs, assist with reservations, and ensure each guest has an outstanding stay.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Welcoming guests with a friendly, professional attitude
Checking guests in and out efficiently
Managing reservations and cancellations
Coordinating guest requests with other hotel departments
Providing information about hotel services and local attractions
Handling guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with a positive attitude
Supporting team members to ensure smooth operations
We’re seeking a reliable, energetic candidate who is passionate about guest service and eager to grow within our team.
Qualifications:
1+ year of customer service experience required
1+ year of hotel front desk experience preferred
Hilton brand experience (PEP experience is a plus!)
Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
You’re friendly, organized, and comfortable multitasking. You enjoy helping people and take pride in making a guest’s stay memorable. You’re also able to handle fast-paced situations with calm professionalism.
